I tutor reading, writing, public speaking, Spanish, and elementary level math. Other subjects include grammar and mechanics, college essays, public speaking, and ESL/ELL. During my senior year in college, I worked as a Spanish tutor and came to love helping others understand the intricacies of the language. I really think anyone can learn. If they are having trouble, then the right approach for them has to be found, which is certainly possible given a little time. I majored in Linguistics and Hispanic Studies at Macalester College. Reading and writing, and talking, are my favorite things. In fact, I love anything that is related to language. I am available to tutor if you are in or near the Roseville, Minnesota area. In my free time, I enjoy reading and writing on my own, video games, hiking, knitting, playing with cats, doing word games, and talking with my friends. I also like to go backpacking with my family.
